When you book online, payment details are collected through our payment provider, Stripe. Our website and booking tools also process technical information about visits and interactions, such as device and browser information and pages viewed.

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, arrange and manage cleaning visits, communicate about bookings, process payments, provide customer support, maintain business records, and understand how our website is used.

Information shared to provide services

We share relevant service details with the cleaners assigned to a visit and with providers that help us operate our website, booking, communications, and payment services. Our website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its hosting providers. Our contact form uses Wix to store inquiries and notify our team. Our online booking form uses BookingKoala and Stripe. Those providers also process information under their own policies. We may disclose information when required by law.

Information submitted through an embedded booking or payment form is handled by that provider as well as BlissBright. Review the notices shown in those forms before submitting information.

Messages and your preferences

We may contact you about your inquiry or booking. You can ask us about your communication preferences or request that marketing messages stop by emailing info@blissbrightcleaning.com. You can also use an unsubscribe or opt-out instruction included in a message. Stopping marketing messages does not necessarily stop communications needed to manage an active booking.
